Q: How much does it cost to contribute?
You can contribute any amount, starting at just $1 per month or as a one-time donation. HOA+ gives contributors full flexibility in how much and how often they support community projects.
Q: What do my contributions go toward?
100% of contributions go toward community improvements, maintenance, and projects voted on by contributors. These projects may include:
Dam maintenance & repairs
Yearly parties
Security enhancements (patrols, cameras, improved lighting, etc.)
Lakefront beautification and maintenance
New walking trails, parks, or playgrounds
Street and road improvements
Environmental sustainability projects
New community amenities based on voting results
PROJECT APPROVAL & FUND USAGE
Q: How are projects selected?
Contributors vote on which projects they want to fund. Projects that receive enough support and funding move forward for execution.
Q: What happens if a project requires HOA approval?
If a funded project requires HOA approval, HOA+ will present it to the HOA for consideration. If the HOA declines to manage or execute the project, the funds will be used for other high-priority projects voted on by contributors.
Q: Can my contribution be used for something else if a specific project doesn’t go through?
Yes! If a project cannot proceed for any reason, contributions will be redirected to another approved project that enhances the community, ensuring that every dollar improves the neighborhood

Yes! Contributions are completely flexible. You can increase, decrease, or cancel your contribution at any time through your HOA+ account.
Q: How do I track where my contributions are going?
HOA+ provides full transparency, including:
Project updates showing how funds are being used
Voting results on upcoming initiatives
Financial reports detailing collected and allocated funds
Q: Who manages the funds and ensures projects are completed?
A community-appointed leadership team oversees project fund raising, and HOA+ provides full financial reporting to ensure accountability and transparency. The funds are paid directly to the vendors or to the HOA.
